Our preferred carrier is FedEx; we ship to 48 continental states via FedEx and to other states, regions and countries via US Post Office (USPS).
FedEx Ground delivery is available on business days only (Monday through Friday). For special FedEx Saturday delivery, please call our customer service for a shipping quotation. FedEx delivery times are guaranteed by FedEx, these guarantees do not apply to events beyond control such as natural disasters, weathers, airport closings, etc. OnSaleCCTV is never responsible for any package delays of those matters. However, OnSaleCCTV is willing to place a claim on customer's behalf against FedEx on guarantee covered delays and will refund customer's shipping costs when the claim gets approved by FedEx. In order to successfuly file a claim, any short shipments must be reported within 1 week of receipt and all missing packages must be reported within 2 weeks of your order date. Claim credits are issued after a reimbursement has been collected from FedEx. OnSaleCCTV is not responsible for any claims disapproved by FedEx and will not be able to credit customer if claims fail.
The US Post Office (USPS)
The US Post Office (USPS) does not guarantee their delivery times. The 3-5 day ESTIMATE they quote for Priority Mails is only an ESTIMATE and should always be used as an ESTIMATE only. Unlike fedEx's claim system, the USPS states that due to possible transportation restrictions, sometimes a delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete, therefore it is required a 30-days waiting period prior to any claim filings. OnSaleCCTV is not responsible for packages claimed delivered by the Post Office (via delivery confirmation) but not received by the customer. Claim credits are issued after a reimbursement has been collected from USPS. OnSaleCCTV is not responsible for any claims disapproved by USPS and will not be able to credit customer if claims fail.
OnSaleCCTV is not responsible for any possible brokerages, duties or taxes customer's state, region, or country applies before releasing the package to local post offices. OnSaleCCTV may require a wire transfer or Western Union money transfer for International orders, and Customers are responsible for paying the transaction fees on those transfers.
